First: Register for online training here.

Then: Watch the 4-part video series. (about 8 minutes total)

Last: Take the 10 question quiz.

Helpful Hints: Take some notes during the video. You may want to print out the instructions page from the product literature.   You can also print out a paper copy of the quiz.

Results: Once you successfully complete the quiz--a certification card will be mailed to you.
